There is a study of the relationship of sleeping quality, blood pressure and heart rate. It is said that if you have a deep sleeping, the heart rate and blood pressure will decrease. It is the very good result for the body. In the opposite way, Hypertension patients that can not have deep sleep may have more risk factors of heart diseases than the patients who can sleep long and dept.
